As the Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative supply chain strategies that optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure a seamless flow of goods and services from suppliers to customers. Your keen understanding of market trends, logistics, and procurement practices will drive our organization's success.

Responsibilities:

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including operations, finance, and sales, to align supply chain strategies with overall business objectives.
• Risk Management: Implement risk mitigation strategies to address supply chain disruptions and ensure business continuity.
• Procurement Operations: Oversee all procurement processes, including requests for proposal (RFP) development, bid evaluation, contract negotiations, and supplier performance assessment.
• Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions, forecast demand, and optimize procurement strategies.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, sustainability standards, and ethical sourcing practices.
• Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify and engage with reliable suppliers while maintaining competitive pricing and high-quality standards.
• Supplier Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring they adhere to contractual obligations, quality requirements, and ethical standards.
• Supply Chain Optimization: Continuously review and improve supply chain processes, identifying areas for streamlining and cost-saving opportunities.
• Inventory Management: Collaborate with inventory planning teams to optimize inventory levels, minimizing stockouts while maximizing inventory turnover.

Qualification:

• Proven experience as a Director or similar leadership role focusing on procurement and sourcing.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain management best practices, market trends, and industry regulations.
• Proficiency in data analysis and supply chain software tools to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset with a track record of implementing successful supply chain and procurement strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
