Overview A Customer Trainer is responsible for providing training and support to customers on the use of products and services. They are responsible for ensuring that customers are able to use the products and services effectively and efficiently. They must be able to communicate effectively with customers and have a strong understanding of the products and services they are training. Detailed Job Description A Customer Trainer is responsible for providing training and support to customers on the use of products and services. They must be able to explain the features and benefits of the products and services to customers and ensure that customers are able to use the products and services effectively and efficiently. They must be able to troubleshoot any issues that customers may have with the products and services. They must be able to provide technical support to customers and ensure that customers are able to use the products and services correctly. They must be able to provide feedback to the company on customer satisfaction and suggest improvements to the products and services. Job Skills Required• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
