WHAT TO EXPECT

As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Denver office, you will be a Customer Experience Trainer.
  • This is an exciting opportunity for you because you will be identifying and implementing new training that is exciting and relevant to our business!
  • Your fit in the organization will be part of the Gates aftermarket management team and will report to the CX Director.
  • This position is vital to Gates because you'll be working closely with all market divisional managers to maintain a high degree of satisfaction for both internal / external customers.


Key responsibilities (to name a few):
  • Promoting internal performance-driven culture by providing training sessions through workshops, webinars, conference calls, tech tips or emails that will teach the necessary skills such as time management, effective selling practices, computer skills relative to our business
  • Supporting marketing and sales to ensure new products or processes are taught and reinforced for both the field and customers.
  • Providing industry leadership by seeking out and participating in key industry organizations or events.
  • Communicating weekly / monthly with supervisor, team members updates that are relevant
  • Developing and providing essential and timely training to both customer and educators.
  • Other tasks as assigned
  • Maintaining LMS Performance Center oversight to ensure site is maintained, up-to-date and training is appropriate to aftermarkets needs.
  • Developing and Supporting marketing and sales to ensure new products or processes are taught and reinforced for both the field and customers.


ABOUT YOU
  • Strong ability to interact with all levels of employees, leadership, and customer-base.
  • Strong knowledge of the fluid power and industrial power transmission industry
  • 3+ years of relevant experience required
  • Exceptional team player who can share knowledge, motivate, coach to change and build collaborative relationships.
  • Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of computer programs such as Word, Power Point, Excel
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
  • Strong creativity skills for presentation / training development
  • Strong product knowledge of all Gates products or vendor partners' products
  • Self-motivated with little direction needed for development or completion of projects.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related work experience required

PAY & BENEFITS
  • 401(k): 3% company contribution and additional 3% company match
  • Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days. All vacation days are accrued
  • Full-Time: $68,000 - $88,000
