Overview Contract Compliance Administrator is responsible for ensuring that all contracts and agreements are in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. They are responsible for monitoring and enforcing contract compliance, ensuring that all parties involved in the contract are adhering to the terms and conditions of the agreement. They also provide guidance and advice to internal and external stakeholders on contract compliance matters. Detailed Job Description Contract Compliance Administrators are responsible for ensuring that all contracts and agreements are in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. They are responsible for monitoring and enforcing contract compliance, ensuring that all parties involved in the contract are adhering to the terms and conditions of the agreement. They also provide guidance and advice to internal and external stakeholders on contract compliance matters. Contract Compliance Administrators must be familiar with the laws and regulations governing contracts and agreements, as well as the company’s policies and procedures. They must be able to interpret and apply these laws, regulations, and policies to ensure that all parties involved in the contract are in compliance. Contract Compliance Administrators must be able to identify potential issues and risks associated with contracts and agreements and develop strategies to address them. They must also be able to provide advice and guidance to internal and external stakeholders on contract compliance matters. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, law, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in contract compliance or a related field
• Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
