Duration- 12+ Months Contract


Total Hours/week - 40.00

  • Experience doing Compliance/Quality work
Position Summary
The Compliance Administrator is a key contributor to the success of the Global Customer Service (GCS) Education Services team. This role is responsible for ensuring that all GCS Education Services training materials are routed via the proper approval processes in adherence to regulatory and quality policies. Serves as the main Education Services contact/administrator of the Veeva Vault PromoMats quality system.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provides training to all Education Services employees for compliance procedures and Veeva Vault PromoMats
  • Navigate within a matrixed environment
  • Identify opportunities to streamline or improve processes
  • Mentor’s new instructional designers on proper approval processes and utilization of Veeva Vault PromoMats system
  • Veeva Vault PromoMats Administration and Management
  • Agile and flexible to evolving business strategies
  • Organizational Success
  • Manages all communication with various departments in an efficient manner.
  • Business Relationships& Alignment
  • Analyzes all compliance requirements for various procedures and provides necessary training if required
  • Creates and maintains documentation and job aids on how to use the Veeva Vault PromoMats system
  • Works closely with Education Services associates to enter all necessary documentation into the Veeva Vault PromoMats system
  • Provide guidance and training on how to execute documentation requirements within the Veeva Vault PromoMats system
  • Ensures alignment to proper quality/regulatory Veeva Vault PromoMats approval processes
  • Plans, coordinates, and executes all Veeva Vault PromoMats activities to ensure compliance with regulations and standard work instructions procedures

Education Qualifications& Previous Experience
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree; 2 years of proven work experience as a compliance administrator or in a similar role either professionally or through an internship; or an equivalent combination of education and or experience in a related field.
