CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR/PARALEGAL
TEMP-TO-HIRE
ONSITE | DOWNTOWN DALLAS, TEXAS
Imprimis is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator/Paralegal to support the Chief Legal Officer of our client, a prestigious architectural firm located in the West End area of Downtown Dallas. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5 years’ legal contracts or paralegal experience in a corporation, preferably with both domestic and international outside counsel exposure. This individual will work in a fast-paced environment and professionally represent a high level of professionalism to all internal and external clients.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Obtain current copies of consultant insurance certificates, file, and update consultant’s record in Vision.
- Manage all Legal templates (AIA and proprietary) on SharePoint
- Review requests, analyze requirements, determine required action, coordinate with CLO and outside counsel (foreign and domestic), and draft or redline comments
- Administer Consultant Master Services Agreement Program, retrieve requests, confirm compliance with insurance requirements, prepare agreements and coordinate execution, and update listing on SharePoint
- Collaborate with sector Principals and Marketing department to review legal language and appropriately respond to information requests in RFQs and RFPs.
- Assist firm with special initiatives and projects which may at times be confidential in nature.
- Obtain from the corporation’s insurance brokers certificates of insurance which comply with contractual requirements and forward to clients; coordinate with brokers annually for auto renewed certificates and distribute to clients as required
- Coordinate staff requests for personal use of the firm’s intellectual property
- Coordinate background checks and screening processes when contractually required by a client.
- Create contracts utilizing existing templates, combine with appropriate exhibits, finalize, and coordinate for execution
- Serve as Adobe Sign administrator to set up new users, train staff, and work with IT to resolve technical issues
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with SharePoint Content management, Deltek Vision, and Newforma highly desirable
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Sign or comparable electronic signature application
- Strong time-management skills
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Experience with AIA Contract Documents
- Advanced knowledge MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Previous advanced contract experience in an architectural, engineering or law firm
- Ability to complete tasks without detailed instructions
