The Compensation Business Partner will also be responsible for researching and analyzing market trends, developing job descriptions, and developing and administering salary surveys. Additionally, the Compensation Business Partner will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and providing training and guidance to managers and employees on compensation-related topics.
