Clinical Training Analyst I - (Clinical Educator)

About the role:
This role has the unique ability to have a deep and meaningful impact on the staff and organization. You will be on the leading edge of process changes, software updates, scientific and technological advances and integration into workflows. You will lead Role Progression, Coaching, Auditing, and other various projects.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Adjust training as needed for each individual class
  • Keep training spreadsheets and global tracking forms up to date
  • Hold one on ones (Coaching) for anyone identified for further assistance
  • This position works fully onsite with some remote projects
  • Keeping training materials up to date
  • Help with workflow audits
  • Assign WI’s and ensure new trainees have signed off
  • Improve quality by highlighting areas of need
  • Lead new hire training

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree OR a combination of education and experience
  • Must be able to work 45 - 50 hours per week
  • Must be able to communicate effectively; both verbal and written
  • Experience working as a Holter technician
  • 3+ years ECG interpretation
  • Computer literate

Preferred qualifications:

  • Critical Thinking, patience, and creativity are necessary for success
  • Two years Preventice experience
  • Public speaking and/or presentation experience
  • Self-starter and works independently, with a strong work ethic
  • LIMS experience is a bonus
  • Training and documentation creation

The anticipated annualized base pay range this full-time position working at this location will be from [$53,600 to $101,800], plus variable compensation, i.e., annual bonus target2 (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements) and the value of core and optional employee benefits being offered at Boston Scientific (BSC), which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. BSC considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs. Actual compensation may be otherwise adjusted if the position is filled outside of the intended geographic location.
