Qualification, Skills, Competencies & Experience

Reporting directly to the Manager, Client Support, the Clinical Implementation Consultant will have the following job responsibilities:

Promote excellent customer service and strong communication skills to ensure the success of the software application.

Oncology Language / Terminology understanding including knowledge of clinical workflows in Radiation or Medical Oncology.

Experience working closely with product and engineering teams to help finalize client requirements and ensure client expectations are met

Experience with full-cycle onboarding of new customers

Start-up experience and working cross functionally with multiple teams

Ability to strategically manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously

Experience working with APIs to integrate and onboard customers

Engineering or technical degree not required, but understanding or experience with technical software development is critical
