Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE:


We're looking for an implementation manager to onboard a wide-range of new clients in the navigation business line. The ideal candidate will bring strategic and organizational approaches that result in a world-class client experience. In this role, you'll work alongside internal stakeholders and new clients to manage the end-to-end implementation process, drive toward key deadlines and deliverables, and ensure successful launches. This is a high-impact, high-profile role in which you'll leverage both creativity and operational acumen to optimize processes and develop best practices for the growing implementation function.


WHAT YOU'LL DO:


  • Act as a cross-functional liaison, tracking deliverables and flagging issues / blockers
  • Ensure operational and technology readiness for go-live by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including third-parties
  • Manage timelines and expectations of new clients, partnering with internal stakeholders and SMEs
  • Responsible for the overall project management and deliverable tracking for new client implementations
  • In conjunction with the CSM, monitor go-live operational activity to identify any potential issues and develop rapid response plans to implement solutions and remediation efforts
  • Review client RFPs and contracts to ensure all commitments are reflected in the project plan
  • Evaluate & enhance current project management tools / templates and best practices for the implementation team
  • Manage and oversee multiple implementations simultaneously
  • Create client specific playbooks for internal teams as part of client implementation


WHO YOU ARE:


  • Demonstrated product expertise and the ability to learn new products
  • Strong project leadership skills, with proven ability to multitask effectively, including assisting with projects belonging to other team members
  • A true collaborator who acts with grace, humility, inclusiveness, and open-mindedness
  • 4+ years experience as an implementation manager or similar project management and client-facing role within health benefits, digital health, health plans or systems
  • The background, empathy, and business skills necessary to grasp clients' priorities, pain points, and goals
  • Ability to prioritize between tight deadlines and longer, strategic goals and objectives
  • Energy and passion to execute on deliverables in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including demonstrated finesse communicating with both upper management and less-experienced team members, in a highly-professional environment
  • A think-on-your-feet approach, with adept problem-solving skills and an ability to understand and respond to new and diverse client needs


BASE SALARY:


$90,000 - $130,000
