Job Description
Enumerate is looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our team!  In this role, you will serve as the subject matter expert, guiding Enumerate customers through the onboarding process. Collaborating closely with our Software Onboarding Project Managers, you will play a key role in teaching clients how to effectively utilize our software, sharing best practices, and providing support throughout the implementation journey. At Enumerate, we highly value candidates with experience in property management or property accounting, as their expertise brings valuable insights to this role. If you possess a strong passion for customer success, thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment, and have the necessary qualifications, we encourage you to apply. This is a full-time, salaried position based in the CST/EST time zones with a budgeted salary range of $50,000-$60,000. The role is fully remote, with the potential for quarterly travel for team activities.

Required: Two (2) years of proven experience in a customer service position Preferred: experience in property management and/ or property accounting software a huge plus! Responsibilities What you’ll do 
Meeting with clients to collect data and other information required to implement the software successfully. Educating clients on how to use the software and its specific features. Communicating with clients throughout the implementation process lifecycle. Evaluates clients needs, develops configurations that support business processes. May provide additional training and end user support during and after the implementation process. Meeting project deadlines as assigned by the Project Manager assigned to the delivery. Assist with data migration from third party vendors as well as internal upgrades. May work with data migration team to perform the migration of data and validation of that data.
