Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Client Implementation Manager to join our team. As the Client Implementation Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful onboarding and deployment of our health-based patient support technology solutions for our clients. You will work cross-functionally with various groups including patient services hubs, marketing agency partners, pharma brand and patient services teams, and data aggregation partners, among others. You are Redi’s quarterback, skillfully leading a seamless product implementation coupled with top-notch ongoing client support.

Responsibilities


Key Responsibilities:


1. Implementation Management:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and goals for implementing our patient services technology solutions. Own the overall requirements gathering process with client stakeholders, translating project requirements into actionable project plans.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive implementation plans tailored to each client's requirements, ensuring a smooth and successful deployment.
  • Quarterback and participate in conducting thorough testing and quality assurance to guarantee the seamless integration of our solutions with the client's existing systems.
  • Work cross-functionally with the client’s marketing agency partners, owning the overall relationship and workstreams.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, project managers, and support specialists, to ensure all aspects of the implementation process are handled effectively.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients during the implementation phase, addressing any challenges or concerns promptly.
  • Own the overall technical integrations with Redi’s technology solutions and the client’s existing patient support infrastructure - all the way from contracting to technical launch and hypercare.
  • Lead the development of Redi’s technical implementation methodology and framework, including recommendations that include appropriate tooling, systems, processes, and project plans.


2. Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to the implementation process, client interactions, and issue resolution.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates for internal stakeholders, highlighting key performance metrics, client feedback, and challenges faced.


3. Industry Awareness:

  • Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the healthcare technology industry, bringing valuable insights to the team and clients.


Requirements


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate challenges and provide effective solutions.
  • Technical aptitude and understanding of healthcare technology systems and software; direct patient support with a pharma client base strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel 10% of the time to client sites for on-site kick-offs, support and training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and possesses the drive to help create infrastructure and process when necessary.
  • Proven experience of 4-7 years in implementing and managing health-based technology solutions for clients; direct pharma-vendor program experience strongly preferred.
