Overview The Cannabis Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified candidates for various positions within the cannabis industry. This position requires a deep understanding of the cannabis industry, as well as the ability to identify and attract top talent. The Cannabis Talent Acquisition Specialist must be able to effectively communicate with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders. Detailed Job Description The Cannabis Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process for various positions within the cannabis industry. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The Cannabis Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, as well as managing the recruitment process from start to finish. The Cannabis Talent Acquisition Specialist will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of the cannabis industry

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment and/or talent acquisition
• Knowledge of the cannabis industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies
• Ability to source, screen, and interview candidates
• Ability to manage the recruitment process from start to finish
• Ability to maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of the cannabis industry
• Knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition processes
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and talent acquisition
• Knowledge of current trends in the cannabis industry
Job Experience
• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment and/or talent acquisition
• Experience in the cannabis industry is preferred
Job Responsibilities
• Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for various positions within the cannabis industry
