WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Liaise with the Vontier Talent Acquisition team to ensure strategy alignment and be the OpCo representative on various projects and work teams.
• Establish and maintain strong partnerships and constant communications with People & Culture Business Partners, People Operations data team, hiring managers, and recruiters.
• Provide exceptional candidate experiences by ensuring timely follow-up and professional communication throughout the recruitment and hiring process. This includes but is not limited to initiating relocation services with Company's third-party administrator and ensuring timely travel reimbursement where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with employment-related regulations, pay transparency, and established policies and procedures.
• User of applicant tracking system (Taleo).
• Other duties as assigned, with or without accommodation.
• Own the complete administrative process of recruitment and internal employee actions, which includes job requisition initiation, position publication, offer generation/approval flow, offer documentation, support the Talent Acquisition team members, kick-off and monitor/manage pre-employment processes, and experience surveys.
• Partner with the Company’s external law firm to initiate and monitor immigration matters for employees.

Who You Are

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, committed to collaborative work and knowledge sharing.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Taleo is a plus).
• Superior interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Prior experience supporting immigration matters is preferred.
• Interface well with candidates and employees at all levels.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize workload based on business needs.

The base compensation range for this position is $66,000 to $72,000 per annum. Your actual base salary will be determined based upon a number of factors which may include relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.
