Six Sigma Green Belt Certification or 5 years demonstrated equivalent work experience, preferred

Manage process improvement initiatives from implementation through handoff to process owners, ensuring a sustainable and smooth transition

Ability to contribute to requirement sessions with key stakeholders including management of knowledge of key KPIS, timing, and other project aspects

High level of working Knowledge and experience in Project Management and tools like JIRA, Confluence etc.

Advanced skills with project management tools such as smart sheets

Strong interpersonal and project management skills.

Documentation skills to document all validated standards and processes for intake management to ensure accuracy across the enterprise.

Deep knowledge of Agile processes including Scrum management.

Deep understanding of the Agile PLM (Product lifecycle management), modules Administration, Product Collaboration, PPM, PG&C and components.

Should have strong working experience & knowledge of Java, Webservices with at least 4 years’ experience in Industry standard open frameworks

Over all 10+ Years of experience with 5 to 6 years of experience with Oracle Agile PLM

Must have deep understanding of Agile Configuration and Customization (SDK, WebServices, AIS, ACS, Events) with at least 3 years working experience

Strong analytical and problem solving skills with exposure in working with both functional and technical teams

Analysed all phases of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodology: gathering requirements, analysis, testing, and reporting to stakeholders

3+ years’ experience related to information technology

3+ years’ experience in technology development and deployment

Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, identify areas for improvement, and work collaboratively and cross-functionally to develop and implement solutions.

Actively participate in regular sprint planning and backlog grooming activities, including working with stakeholders to understand and develop user stories/business requirements.

3+ years of relevant experience in Alliances & Channels, Sales, or Business Operations.

Comfort with learning new technology. Experience with the Microsoft suite of products, including Dynamics CRM, is strongly preferred.

Exceptional critical thinking skills: using logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternate solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.

Experience engaging with all levels of the Enterprise with the ability to influence stakeholders and work collaboratively to determine acceptable solutions.

Demonstrated project management skills: ability to manage multiple events, and tasks, and prioritize accordingly

Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience.

6+ years of experience in process mapping and business process improvement

Demonstrated proficiency in process analysis and process mapping tools

Financial services industry knowledge is a plus.

Exceptional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

Experience leading SIPOC and Value Stream Mapping exercises

Work with cross-functional teams to diagnose workflow impediments and provide expert counsel on applicable Lean tools to eliminate waste

Think strategically and tactically, to design and implement process improvements with the flexibility to adjust to new innovations, regulations, and priorities

Effectively communicate to provide regular updates to product stakeholders, including presentations, executive summaries, and recommendations/decisions

Prepare and present monthly business reviews to senior management.
