Title of Job: Remote Business Process Analyst


Location: REMOTE (anywhere in the US)


The CSI Companies is hiring a Remote Business Process Analyst for our Fortune 100 healthcare client in De Pere, WI. This job can be worked from anywhere in the US as long as you have high speed internet and a distraction-free home office area.


Job Summary

The Remote Business Process Analyst is primarily responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient management of data within the CRM tool. You will be part of a 15-person team that has supports the Sales and Distribution agents.


Pay: $28 – 32 an hour (overtime will be paid at 1.5 times the normal hourly pay rate).


Hours: Hours: Full Time - Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm CST

Status: Consultant: Starting off as a consultant/contractor there is always potential for long term / conversion for the right employee upon business needs. Almost all of the positions within this client start off as a contractor due to being a Fortune 100 company.


Effective Date / Tentative Start Date: Interviewing Immediately



Job Duties:

  • Coordinate the manual processes required to grant agents access to our CRM tool
  • Other identified manual tasks that contribute to the overall support of our business operations
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information while handling data
  • Perform manual data entry of reporting data points into our CRM tool, ensuring accuracy and completeness



Requirements

  • Private, quiet, and distraction-free workspace in a room with a closed-door
  • Demonstrate the ability to efficiently complete tasks within established deadlines.
  • Associates Degree or higher
  • Have experience with Salesforce or similar type of applications
  • A reliable high-speed internet connection (the faster the better!)
  • Capable of following provided instructions to execute tasks accurately and effectively
  • Possess a keen eye for accuracy and a meticulous approach to data entry and task execution
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test



Highly Preferred

  • Health plan / managed care / healthcare industry experience.
  • Large corporation experience
