Job Description

Robert Half is working on an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join a great team. This person will be responsible for mapping, analyzing, and improving business processes to drive more effective operations. The BA will work closely with cross functional teams to improve continuous improvement and support the creation of new process mapping capabilities. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience support Organizational Change Management (OCM)
  • Experience gathering requirements, creating documentation, and communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated proficiency in process analysis and process mapping tools
  • 6+ years of experience in process mapping and business process improvement
