Overview The Benefits Strategy Program Manager is responsible for developing and managing the organization's benefits strategy and programs. This includes developing and implementing strategies to ensure the organization is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as developing and managing the organization's benefits programs. The Benefits Strategy Program Manager will also be responsible for managing the organization's employee benefits budget, ensuring that the organization is able to provide competitive benefits packages to its employees. Detailed Job Description The Benefits Strategy Program Manager is responsible for developing and managing the organization's benefits strategy and programs. This includes developing and implementing strategies to ensure the organization is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as developing and managing the organization's benefits programs. The Benefits Strategy Program Manager will also be responsible for managing the organization's employee benefits budget, ensuring that the organization is able to provide competitive benefits packages to its employees. The Benefits Strategy Program Manager will be responsible for researching and analyzing the organization's current benefits programs and developing strategies to improve them. The Benefits Strategy Program Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing new benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits. The Benefits Strategy Program Manager will also be responsible for managing the organization's employee benefits budget, ensuring that the organization is able to provide competitive benefits packages to its employees. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in employee benefits program management
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to employee benefits
• Knowledge of employee benefits programs
• Ability to develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Ability to develop and manage employee benefits programs
• Ability to manage the organization's employee benefits budget
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
