Oversee Global benefits budget and ongoing governance (semi-annual Finance/Benefits leadership review)

Proficient Excel skills (experience with review budget spreadsheets in Excel, filter data tables and create pivot tables)

Has 10+ years of US Benefits experience

Experience overseeing multiple areas of benefits including health and welfare, retirement (401(k)) and/or time away.

Experience in development of benefits engagement strategies

5-7 years of sales or relationship management experience driving customer-related strategy, preferably in a SaaS or information services business.

Participate in Root Cause Analysis including incident and problem management activities.

Relevant Human Resources Certifications & Training strongly preferred

Manage relationships with benefits vendors and brokers, including negotiating contracts and resolving any issues.

Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to employee benefits, including ERISA, HIPAA, and ACA

Analyze benefits data and provide recommendations to senior leadership on ways to improve our offerings.

Monitor the cost of benefits programs and work with senior leadership to control costs without compromising the quality of our offerings.

5+ years of experience in benefits administration or a related field

Knowledge of benefits software and platforms

Collaborates with outside actuaries to determine benefit liabilities; reviews information received for reasonableness and completeness.

7+ years of experience in payroll administration, accounting or benefit administration.

Experience with and strong knowledge of computer applications, including but not limited to:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting OR Business, Finance, or related field with concentration in accounting.

Advanced experience in effectively managing multiple tasks and changing priorities.

Excellent oral, written, presentation and interpersonal skills.

You will liaise with finance and accounting to forecast annual benefits spend and track ongoing utilization

You will be a subject matter expert in US Benefits, with experience being advisor for large business verticals

Prior experience managing employee healthcare, retirement, and leave of absence benefit programs for US populations
