Benefits Relationship Manager Jobs in Iowa

Review and analyze changes to state and federal laws pertaining to benefits, and reports necessary or suggested changes to management.

Strong analytical and time management skills.

Knowledge of benefit contract language.

A minimum of 3-5 years related benefits or employee benefit administration include LOAs, Workers Compensation experience.

Evaluate and compare existing company benefits with those of other employers by analyzing other plans, surveys, and other sources of information.

Excellent communication and organization skills.

Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) designation or other related certification a plus, but not required

Support personal development: Continuing education and professional certification reimbursement

Lead new or existing benefit program implementation and enhancement efforts, including annual Open Enrollment and wellness

Ensure that employee benefit inquiries/concerns are addressed/resolved timely and accurately

Work collaboratively with the HRBP, Payroll and HCM teams to ensure benefit payments, deductions and contributions are processed timely and accurately

Monitor and approve benefit-related Workday business processes, and troubleshoot system issues (including vendor integration file data or transmission errors)

Minimum of five years of experience in community engagement, partnership/relationship management, or related experience.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, as well as presentation and project management skills.

Attention to detail; organizational and effective time management skills are essential

Experience in instructional design and knowledge of the online learning landscape, or teaching experience at the intermediate/secondary level, are preferred.

Proven ability to develop new relationships within military communities. Military service or strong knowledge of military and government benefits a plus.

Manage and document your work using the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.

Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Microsoft Office applications.

Certification in a related fiduciary field such as CFP® or CTFA preferred.

Develop, maintain and expand relationships by actively promoting our services to existing and prospective clients.

Represent AWM&T in the military community by actively developing referral sources and centers of influence.
