Benefits Manager Jobs

EvolutionHR is seeking an experienced Benefits Manager, this role will primarily oversee all company Leave policies, compliance and processes.

*ONSITE IN BETHESDA, Maryland OFFICE IS REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, administer and manager the Leave of Absence team and tasks
• Oversee company's health & wellness benefits - policies & programs
• Serve as the leader for Leave of Absence questions, compliance and resource for internal employees
• Provide assistance to other areas of the organization's Benefits team, including total rewards
• Be the Subject Matter Expert for all leave and state pay for all employees nationwide (ex: California, Washington State)

Requirements

• Relevant Human Resources Certifications & Training strongly preferred
• Must be well-versed in federal and sate requirements including paid leave, ADA, ERISA and other benefit compliance
• Bachelors Degree in relevant Field
• Minimum of 5 years of extensive benefits experience + supervisory or managerial experience
