ONSITE IN WOODLAND HILLS, CA

What You'll Do:

• Manage up to 20 different health plans
• Aid in the evaluation, recommendations, and selection of employee benefit plans
• Serve as the benefits subject matter expert for multiple business units
• Assist in the development, implementation, and administration of benefit programs, policies, and procedures

What You'll Need:

• Minimum of 10 years of benefits experience
• Ability to travel up to 10% annually
• Bachelor's degree in HR or Business, master’s degree preferred
• Comprehensive employee benefits knowledge, including all legislative requirements
