Summary

As the HR Benefits Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and administration of Indicor’s employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, life, disability, and 401k programs. You will manage Indicor’s benefits vendors to ensure that our benefits offerings are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with our overall HR strategy.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee the administration of benefits plans, including processing enrollments, changes, and terminations.
  • Monitor the cost of benefits programs and work with senior leadership to control costs without compromising the quality of our offerings.
  • Develop and maintain benefits-related policies and procedures.
  • Manage 401K plan in a multiple plan environment – all aspects of 401K administration.
  • Communicate benefits information to employees and provide guidance on how to enroll in or change benefits plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to employee benefits, including ERISA, HIPAA, and ACA
  • Develop and implement employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and retirement plans.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices related to employee benefits.
  • Analyze benefits data and provide recommendations to senior leadership on ways to improve our offerings.
  • Experience with M&A due diligence and integration
  • Manage relationships with benefits vendors and brokers, including negotiating contracts and resolving any issues.


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • 5+ years of experience in benefits administration or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, CEBS certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of benefits software and platforms
  • Experience with carve out/divestures and transitioning out of the seller's Transition Services Agreement (TSA).
  • Strong understanding of ERISA, HIPAA, and ACA regulations
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
