Associate Revenue Accountant Jobs

Experience building and maintaining internal/external relationships.

Experience with software clients or industry experience with software revenue recognition.

Excel knowledge; can manipulate large amounts of data, pivot tables, vlookups, and formulas.

ERP experience preference towards SAP.

Prefer Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Prepare monthly/quarterly revenue reporting and analytics.

Manage and interpret exception reporting from for inventory management and reconciliation.

Produce and analyze monthly financial statements, quarterly sales reports and assist with month-end close and preparation of supporting schedules.

Reconcile bank accounts and open online transactions against shipping invoices and payments

Run bi-weekly inventory analysis. Support in managing our in-season inventory and reporting on sell-through.

Accountability for profits, expenses, assets.

Ensure site stock availability by reconciling inventory data against on-site availability

Assist with operational improvements, and growth within the finance division;

Collaborate with both internal and external finance authorities and relations to professionals, including auditors and regional financial reporting accountants/partners.

4+ years of commercial/marketing experience, ideally in subscriptions

Create and deliver global business plans to deliver revenue growth objectives

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

2+ years of Accounting experience-even if it is an internship

Experience with the calculation of revenue or reviewing revenue results for a service organization preferred is a plus

Public accounting or experience working for a public company a plus

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including creation of pivot tables and VLookUps

Work alongside pre-and post-sales management to support accurate forecasting of all revenue on a weekly, monthly, & quarterly basis

Manage and implement go-to-market data segmentation to scale marketing campaigns

Document and manage the sales & account mgt processes in CRM &/or Connectwise (and manage integrations as needed)

Ensure geos are adhering to new data reporting requirements (weekly Ninety, Shore reporting, go-forward new reporting for internal updates)

Work with CRO & Finance in setting budgets, quotas and developing compensation plans.

Bachelor’s degree required, with focus in business finance or operations a plus

Minimum of 2-4 years experience in Consulting, Revenue / Sales Operations, Finance Operations, or Sales Strategy

Strong communicator who can effectively manage projects and stakeholders

Identify trends and business opportunities with stakeholders to drive data-influenced decisions and optimize results

Coordinate with cross-functional departments to understand business needs, proactively evolve and improve workflows and automation, and scale processes globally

Support and coordinate the pipeline forecast on a regular basis among key leaders

Improve processes and adoption of the CRM and other commercial deals by partnering with the Salesforce administrator

Excellent problem-solving skills and experience analyzing high volume, multi-currency transactions in a global business environment

Communicating accounting requirements and frameworks to partner teams for new products and feature changes, including testing and validation.

Ensuring compliance with key controls & accurate GAAP reporting and fulfilling internal and external reporting requirements.

B.A. or B.S. in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a closely related discipline

CPA certification a strong plus

Strong knowledge of US GAAP and revenue recognition guidance

At least 2 years of experience supporting Go to Market, Revenue, Sales and/or Marketing organization

Possesses extremely strong analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills

Experience building pricing models, forecasting revenue, and providing decision support related to marketing spend

Has knowledge of SQL, or a desire and aptitude to learn this quickly

Experience with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot

Forecasting - work with the revenue team to accurately forecast revenue

Bachelor or Masters’ degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent

Prior experience supporting month-end close processes, particularly within revenue, deferred revenue and/or unbilled AR

Knowledge and understanding of US GAAP Revenue Standards (primarily ASC 606)

Recent experience with high-growth, multinational, public companies, M&A-oriented businesses or public accounting

Experience and passion for financial systems and tools, including large ERP (Oracle or SAP) and reporting systems

Energetic, results, deadline-driven and detail-oriented individual with strong communication and follow-up skills

Any equivalent combination of experience, education and/or training approved by Human Resources.

Organize, manage and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.

Associate’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.

Uses general ledger accounting software to assist in preparing financial statements, budgets and reports for internal use.

Prepares general ledger entries on a daily basis.

Perform other reasonably related duties and/or special projects, such as annual audit, as directed by Finance management

Set up and maintenance of projects in company’s project management system (HIVE)

Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance and 3-5 years of relevant experience

Ability to work across functional areas and levels of management

Work with other Finance team members to identify and implement process improvements

Strong written and oral communication skills

Own billing and account management processes for certain key customers and partners

Working alongside the Revenue Manager to automate manual processes, driving efficiencies and improvement in timely reporting

Preparation of order to cash related account reconciliations including accounts receivable, deferred revenue, and indirect tax liabilities

Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance or Accounting

3-5 years of working experience with a passion for revenue and its importance to the financial statements.

Sophisticated Microsoft Excel skills required (pivot table, VLOOKUP, etc)
