The Job

This Director of Sales role provides you with a balance of 40% leadership/motivating people and 40% active sales and 20% strategic review and recommendations. You manage a team of 8 with a primary focus on growing local group, social catering and corporate preferred.

Requirements:

To be successful as our new Director of Sales you:

  • Have proven sales performance at upscale, full service hotels, independent preferred.
  • Have local market knowledge and connections. Not 100% must, but it will sure come in handy!
  • Are a transparent, creative "do-er" who loves guiding, mentoring and leading a team to success.
  • Are looking for an opportunity to perform and get promoted with success.
