Overview A Key Account Sales Specialist is responsible for managing and developing relationships with key accounts in order to maximize sales and profitability. They are responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships. They must be able to effectively communicate with customers, understand their needs, and develop solutions that meet their needs.
