Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

§ Prospecting, detecting and identifying business opportunities, developing the customer portfolio and relationships with potential customers

§ Bid management, coordinating internal resources to prepare the tender and meet customer requirements

§ Follow up the contract and ensure all the commitments are well respected

§ Generate customer loyalty by maintaining good relationship with customers, keep tracking on requirements and detecting new opportunities

§ Collect and bring market and customer perspectives to the organization, to support optimizing the business strategy & plan, technology & product developments etc.

§ Achieve the business objectives on revenue, profit, market share etc, in the assigned region through successful selling of LONGi alkaline water electrolyzer in the targeted market segments.


Qualifications

§ Bachelor’s degree or above; 5+ years strong experience in hydrogen/electrolyser, renewable energy, electric power, oil & gas, steel or chemicals industries.

§ Command of another language is appreciated (Chinese, Arabic…). Capable of working in cross region and cross-cultural environments. Ability to travel is required.

§ Good understanding of green hydrogen market and the value chains. Preferably have a technical background, understand the technologies involved in hydrogen production or hydrogen project with EPC.

§ Strong entrepreneurial spirit with the capacity to start a new activity from scratch, enjoying the challenge of problem-solving, possess the ability to grow with the company, inclusive, passionate about building a great business from 0.

§ Good sales processes and methodologies, Highly driven and self-motivated; Results-oriented; Ability to work under pressure.
