Key Account Manager will work with an assigned group of existing customers to identify cross-, up-, and repeat sales opportunities. Key Account Manager will review and report on customer retention, business opportunities, and market trends, focusing on medium to long-term sales planning. Key Account Manager will be responsible to identify potential for new customer groups with the focus on driving incremental sales.

  • Developing client retention and growth plans and strategies for developing profitable business with assigned accounts
  • Resolving problems and ensuring customers receive high quality customer service
  • Identifying and managing interactions with assigned group of existing customers to identify cross/up and repeat sales opportunities
  • Account Management/Key Accounts work focuses on medium to long-term planning and face-to-face selling of a variety of products, services and/or solutions across multiple lines of business for a defined group of existing clients including:
  • Reviewing and reporting on customer retention, business opportunity and market trends. Incumbents in this specialization may be selling directly to the ultimate purchaser or indirectly through channel partners Maintain a close working relationship with the Regions and Area Managers and dealer network who delivers the vehicles and maintains the Customer
  • Developing medium to long-range sales plans and preparing strategies to protect, grow, and diversify the relationship with a defined group of existing customers
Qualification:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
  • 6 years of automobile fleet or related experience.


Preferences:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong commercial fleet industry sales, in addition to a deep knowledge of the financial background of commercial fleet operations, TCO, Replacement management and Used vehicle sales (Fleet Lifecycle)
