Workplace Experience Manager
Classification: Full-time, Exempt

Location: 2 Grand Central Tower, New York, NY - In-Office, 5 days/week

What’s the role?
Our Workplace Experience Manager has a high level of professionalism, integrity, and motivation to consistently exceed expectations on all projects. This role will report to our COO and will be a part of rebooting our culture in the NYC community and beyond. This person will be tasked with helping to organize global day-to-day operations, manage administrative functions, and assist on key strategic projects. You are service oriented and proactively work to solve issues before they arise. You will be hands-on in the NYC office where we have a thriving team of Brainlabbers ready to take on our next challenge together. The objective is to enhance and manage: the workplace experience, community events, operationalize global account and tech processes, and manage our physical office location logistics.

- Administrative - you will be responsible for all administrative tasks related to the leadership team as well as the NYC office

Give me a breakdown of what a Workplace Experience Manager at Brainlabs does:
Operations, People & Culture:
- Manage/lead team meetings, team calendars, and team Slack channels
- Other duties as assigned by management
- Co-create and maintain communication within the leadership team and broader org
- Manage a dynamic and ever-changing calendar of events, projects, tasks
- Act as gatekeeper, time-advocate, and liaison for assigned team
- Create content for a variety of programs and initiatives to support our Brainlabber community and our business
- Reboot our culture in the NYC office; create events that support our Brainlabs culture within our community
Office Management:
- Oversee the daily work activities and operations of the office
- Arrange and organize meetings (internal and external), off-site conferences, and other events
- Facilitates maintenance of office equipment including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs
- Operate standard office equipment (ie. conference room AV, printer, computers, etc.)
- Maintains inventory of office equipment and supplies; orders new equipment and supplies as needed
- Plan, coordinate, and facilitate various meetings, functions, and events including quarterly retreats and team-building off-sites
- Work with external vendors for office needs
- Provides technical and administrative support for team meetings, assist with meeting planning, note-taking, and run digital engagement technology during meetings

- Possess strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail and excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Self-motivated – requires minimal supervision and enjoys running with a task
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Prior administrative and office management experience
- Previous experience and interest in conducting thorough research projects in a timely manner
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbally
- Demonstrated alignment to our Culture Code
- Eager to pursue new challenges or problems independently and build a path to a solution

The salary level for this role is $73,000 - $98,000 USD annually. Within this salary level, individual offers are determined by a variety of factors including job-related experience, skills, etc. Your Talent Acquisition Partner can share more about the salary level during your hiring process.
