2+ years of traditional advertising agency and/or creative agency experience preferred.

Proven experience as a Workfront Implementation Architect or Administrator in at least 2 full-scale implementation

Certifications in Workfront administration or related areas are a plus.

In-depth knowledge of Workfront functionalities, configuration options, and system administration.

Work with teams to iterate through design, development, and test to successfully deliver Workfront workflows, capabilities, and integrations

Manage the technical elements of new user onboarding

Ideally 5+ years' experience working as a Workfront Administrator

Experience with integrations involving Netsuite, ERP's, and HR systems is highly desirable

Experience creating integrations between a variety of platforms, products, and solutions

Experience implementing and governing technical security and compliance best practices

Strong knowledge of System analysis and Workflow Management.

Broad knowledge of workflow tools and project management systems used by creative teams in corporate organizations.

Develop Adobe Workfront across the Digital Marketing and Base Management Organization, emphasizing overcoming obstacles to platform adoption.

Maintain an understanding of project management processes and metrics.

Proficient in Change Management and Agile project management

Mapping out and defining complex data solution requirements

Experience documenting use cases, user capabilities, agile features, or detailed business requirements documentation in a Workfront environment

Experience implementing a range of use cases, including marketing, operations, PMO, IT, etc. on behalf of large organizations

Relational people skills; empathetic, warm, giving - eager to help

United States - Fully Remote (Must have right to work)

Demonstrated understanding of, and proficiency in configuring the full range of Adobe Workfront native functionality

Ability to effectively lead through change; setting clear expectations, building enthusiasm while navigating and addressing the “noise” of potential detractors

Design develop test and deploy successful Workfront enterprise work management implementations.

Familiarity with Agile project management.

Understanding of and experience with marketing and Campaign process mapping

Document and evolve client operational business requirements mapping them to critical business drivers for the purpose of system functional specifications

5+ years Workfront implementation experience for preferably large complex organizations

5+ years' Experience with Workfront Fusion
