Employer is seeking an experienced Market Research Analyst to join our Research Department. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with top-tier clients, lead qualitative and quantitative research projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities

• Manage qualitative and quantitative research projects from inception to completion
• Participate in brainstorming and recommendations of research applications to grow client business
• Translate client business needs into effective research objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional department heads to ensure all involved with a project kept up-to-date
• Use research findings to create actionable recommendations for clients

Requirements

• Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
• 5+ years of experience in the marketing research field
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong interpersonal, listening, and presentation skills
• Experience with data analysis tools such as SPSS, MarketSight, or R
• Proficiency with MS Office programs and Qualtrics survey platform
• Strong knowledge of statistics and statistical analyses

Preferred

• Experience with associations/non-profits
• Master’s degree or higher in Research, Cognitive Science, Experimental Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, Information Sciences or other related discipline
• Experience with data visualization software such as Tableau
