The Opportunity:

• Answer inbound customer calls as a Customer Service Specialist
• Handle a high volume of inquiries and analyze account data
• Work from home and assist customers with their orders and accounts
• Problem-solve to personalize each caller's experience
• Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor

What You Bring

• Learn and work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day
• Navigate multiple systems and screens while assisting customers
• Ability to problem solve and de-escalate unique situations while sustaining a high-paced call volume
• Effective communication with a variety of customer styles, peers, and leaders
• Ability to sit for long periods of time

Compensation

• $1.00/hour additional for any hours worked from 6pm-6am
• Plus $1.00 for every hour worked from 12:00am Saturday - 11:59pm on Sunday
• Benefits: Full-time Customer Service Specialists are eligible for benefits after 90 days of employment, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, a 401K savings program, enhanced parental leave, and generous team member discounts.
• Starting rate is $15.00/hour

Training Schedule

• Training schedule and working schedule after training will be different
• Six-week, paid training program with full attendance and involvement required

System Requirements

• Self-provided Computer or laptop with a Microsoft Windows operating system (Windows 10 or newer, no more than three years old)
• Headset compatible with Cornerstone Brands specifications (Cornerstone Brands reimburses $75 for headset)
• Maintain necessary system requirements for a great customer experience
• High-speed internet connection (Satellite, broadband, wireless, or dial-up services not supported)
• Mac/Apple products, Chromebooks, Surfaces, and notebooks not supported
