Fraud Specialist - National Remote ($16.00 - $23.13 / Hour)

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage provider contact information
• Communicate with providers
• Locate and retrieve prescriptions/patient demographic forms when requested
• Process medical record submissions through various avenues
• Manage cases from opening to receipt of medical records, including verification and adherence to standard turn-around times

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Ability to work Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm
• High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook and OneNote

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience within a healthcare-related or healthcare claims industry

Telecommuting Requirements

• Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure
• Have a dedicated work area that provides information privacy and is separated from other living areas
• Must live in a location that can receive a Hiring Company approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
