Department Overview Watch Guard shipping is a fast paced shipping environment focused on packing In-Car Video and Body Worn Cameras.
Provides work leadership to junior level associates through assignment of work, training, coordination and checking of assignments. Serves as a resource to junior level associates in the resolution of complex problems and tasks. Serves as the primary point of contact to internal departments for quality, workflow, product and equipment issues that arise regarding specific production line.
Basic Requirements
High School diploma or GED.
3 years of leadership in a manufacturing/shipping environment.
Travel Requirements Under 10%
