Job Description
Monday - Friday


9 AM - 6 PM, or 8 AM - 5 PM


Responsibilities:
  • Training new hires
  • Assist with CNF
  • Calling carriers for Unscheduled shipments
  • Help with appointments if needed
  • Working with Buyers
  • Discrepancies - Asana upkeep
  • Research
  • PO arrives too early based on recommended delivery date
  • Receiving coordination
  • Based on specific criteria, deciding when to turn freight away
  • Email follow up
  • Communication with TL Inventory team and Supervisor/TL on FBA on Pallets to be flipped for FBA quickly
  • Clear Oversight / Tracking / Responsibility of Inbound VRA log
  • PO Calendar
  • Best practices are being used
  • Echo platform
  • Severe damage
