Responsibilities of the Marketing Team Lead

• Help with interviewing, onboarding, and new employee orientation.
• Communicate clear instruction and monitor team members’ performance with weekly evaluations.
• Deliver customer presentations with the objective of increasing revenue and brand recognition.
• Coach to improve team member skill sets
• Work with the management team to coordinate training workshops and schedules for all Entry Level team members.
• Oversee small teams of 3-5 individuals

Qualifications of the Marketing Team Lead:

• Basic understanding of direct sales and marketing
• Ability to contribute to the creation of an environment that encourages open, positive communication, team bonding, and creativity.
• Previous experience in customer support, sales, or small team leadership/management roles recommended
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Sales and negotiating skills and the ability to close a sale
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
• Bachelor's preferred, but not required

Our firm is looking for someone local to the Houston area that can begin employment within two weeks if offered the position.
