Entry-Level Team Lead

Our Leadership Development Program is designed for competitive, hard-working people that are interested in marketing, sales, client relations, and/or business management. We use a proven method of development that involves teaching, training, and leading by example to help expand and enhance our management team from within.
Average first-year earnings are $42,500-$48,500 based on individual results; including wages, bonuses, and commissions. Average second-year earnings are $68,000-$73,000 based on team results; including wages, bonuses, and commissions.
Initial Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Helping our clients enhance their reputation and increase their market share
- Setting realistic goals, evaluating personal progress, and learning new skills
- Working as part of a team to achieve targets and collect consumer feedback
- Learning to pitch our clients’ products and services to their target market
We have expansion goals for 2023 and will be promoting people to oversee their own team, campaign, and markets in the near future, so this will open up further progression potential for people that start with us this winter. Advancement is based on results and merit, not seniority, previous accomplishments, or office politics!
Additional Responsibilities:
Once you’re able to produce consistent results and have demonstrated the ability to lead and inspire others, you’ll be able to advance into a position where you’re focussing on:
- Client relations, account management, sales forecasting, and quality control
- Public speaking, building your professional network, and personal development
- Recruitment, training, development, and general team leadership
- Business management, market research, and strategic planning
Requirements:
This position offers ongoing training and coaching to ensure you are always moving forward. It’s in our best interest to provide top-notch training because individual results lead to collective results and collective results lead to more opportunities!
- You'll need to be 18+ years of age since you’ll be signing contracts on behalf of our clients and learning to manage a team in the near future
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Psychology, or similar is recommended. However, there are many examples of people in our industry that have achieved success without a degree, so it’s not necessary.
- You’ll need to be able to commute to our office and other nearby locations for this on-site role. We don’t have any remote-only positions available at this time
- Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Supervisory, or similar work experience is also recommended, but not necessarily required as long as you’re willing to learn and expand your comfort zone
