Vice President – Shared Services (Operations) - remote
GRN Lincoln Square is conducting a search for a Talent Acquisition Supervisor for an innovative, rapidly growing clinical leader in Behavioral Health. The company operates 30+ full continuum facilities (Inpatient Hospitals, PHP, IOP, Outpatient) in multiple states across the US. The company has strong financial private equity backing and is continuing to strategically add locations and programs. This is a fully remote position and will require up to 25% travel to facilities.
Reporting to the corporate COO, this is a hands-on role overseeing the operational shared services of the organization, including Environmental Services, Facilities Management, Nutritional Services and Contracted Services.
Role
- Monitors financial reports on a regular basis to ensure budgets are met.
- Develops written policies and procedures for Environmental Services Departments and ensures overall compliance.
- Develops financial projections/budgets and effectively tracks department performance goals.
- Identifies and evaluates new opportunities for cost improvement by providing in-depth analysis of financial impacts on support service operations.
- Financial Management
- Provide oversight to the team. Ensure team members are equipped with the right tools, skills and talents necessary to perform meet the desired standards.
- Facilities Management – Manages the daily functions of the Environmental Services Department at the Corporate level. Supervises Facility Maintenance Director at the site level.
- Designs and leads transportation optimization projects and implements value-added services.
- Creates and uses organizational dashboards reports, using data and trends to measure progress against operational KPI’s and adjusts as necessary.
- Provides continuing education and training for Facility Environmental Services Directors as well as the supervisor level for Maintenance, Housekeeping and Laundry Services.
Requirements
- 15+ years’ experience of increasing responsibility in Facilities Management, Environmental Services Management, Hospital Operations or Support Services required.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare related field required. MBA or Master's in Healthcare or related field preferred.
- Experience in healthcare services/hospital setting required.
- Strong team leadership skills, ability to build cohesive team culture that aligns with the organization’s evolving needs.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks and projects with a sense of urgency and positivity
- 10+ years’ progressive experience in leadership roles, operating multiple functions within a Support Services Environment.
