Job Description

Seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales to lead the sales team and drive revenue growth for a global leading insurtech company. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with the company's goals and values. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key partners and customers.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to sales team members
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and customers
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and progress towards targets
  • Lead the sales team and develop strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and business operations
  • Develop and implement sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth in a B2B sales environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience and relevant knowledge in the insurtech industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
