Track record of thoughtful leadership & vision around brand strategy and evolution– balancing vision, creativity and business outcomesHigh financial and commercial acumen - prior P&L ownership, strong command of data analysis and insight generationExperience/comfort with science and technology (through educational background, prior experience)Built high-value, enduring consumer brands (versus B2B) and know how to set a brand apart in a cluttered, otherwise-commoditized category.
