Job Description

As a technology sales professional, you will play a vital role in driving our revenue growth by effectively promoting and selling our cutting-edge technology solutions to prospective clients. This is a commission-only position, offering unlimited earning potential for motivated and results-driven individuals.



Responsibilities

  1. Prospect and generate leads: Utilize various methods such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research to identify potential clients interested in our technology solutions.
  2. Conduct product demonstrations: Clearly and effectively present the features and benefits of our products to potential customers, demonstrating how they can address their specific business needs and challenges.
  3. Consultative selling: Understand the unique requirements and pain points of each customer and recommend tailored technology solutions that align with their business goals.
  4. Manage the sales process: From initial contact to closing the deal, maintain a sales pipeline, track leads, follow up on proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, and ultimately close sales.
  5. Build and maintain client relationships: Foster long-term partnerships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional solutions.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Continuously update your knowledge of the latest technology trends and advancements to effectively position our products and differentiate them from competitors in the market.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to provide valuable insights from customer interactions and contribute to the development of effective sales strategies and product enhancements.
  8. Achieve sales targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the company.


Qualifications

  1. Proven sales experience: Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in technology sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  2. Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  3. Tech-savviness: A keen interest in and understanding of various technology products and solutions, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
  4. Results-oriented: Demonstrated ability to work independently, set ambitious goals, and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
  5. Relationship-building skills: Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and positioning our solutions as the ideal fit.
  6. Self-motivation and resilience: Driven to succeed in a commission-only role, with the ability to overcome objections, handle rejection, and persevere in a competitive sales environment.
  7. Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities and strategies.
  8. Technical degree or background: A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science or information technology, is preferred but not mandatory.


Note: This position offers uncapped commission potential, providing the opportunity to earn a significant income based on your sales performance. The compensation structure will be discussed during the interview process.
