Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product management to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and align engineering efforts with customer needs.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of talented engineers, providing guidance, feedback, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the executive team to align engineering efforts with the overall company strategy.
• Drive recruitment and retention efforts to attract top engineering talent, with a focus on building diverse and inclusive teams.
• Architect and develop scalable and robust MLOps systems and processes to streamline model development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Define and execute the technical roadmap, driving innovation and ensuring our MLOps and Generative AI platform stays at the forefront of the industry.
• Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to release and maintenance.
• Implement best practices for model training, versioning, and reproducibility, ensuring the reliability and scalability of our AI solutions.
• Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture, empowering teams to deliver high-quality software products on time and within budget.
• Develop and nurture cross-functional relationships with product management, design, data science, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Drive automation and optimization efforts to enhance efficiency, reduce time-to-market, and improve cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with MLOps tools, platforms, and frameworks, along with a solid understanding of Generative AI concepts.
• Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing engineering teams in start-up or scale-up environments.
• Proven experience in engineering leadership roles, including experience in MLOps or Generative AI.
• Strong hands-on technical background in software development, with expertise in scaling engineering teams and systems.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced technical degrees are a plus.
• Experience in implementing scalable and reliable systems for model deployment, monitoring, and management.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code technologies.
