Vp - Enterprise Strategy And Planning

A global bank is looking for a highly experienced Vice President of Strategy to join their executive team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing long-term strategies that will help company reach its goals. This individual must have a deep understanding of the industry, the ability to think critically and strategically, and excellent communication skills. The Vice President of Strategy will be expected to work closely with other members of the executive team to ensure that all strategies are implemented effectively.

• Excellent end-to-end generalist - problem solving skills, ability to prioritize issues, and analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presence in front of senior leaders
• Relentless but relationship-driven – ensuring that debates and discussions not only lead to good outcomes for all involved, but also set a positive tone for multi-functional teams.
• Financial Services industry experience in commercial banking and/or private banking preferred
• 5+ years of strategy/transformationexperience either at a management consulting firm, or within an internal corporate strategy/transformation group of an organization
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, while staying focused on the big picture

Job Type: Full-time, hybrid in NYC

Salary: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
