We’re looking for an exceptional Strategy & Planning Analyst to join the superstar US team at Too Good To Go!


Sounds like your kind of mission? Here is what it will entail:


As an Operations Specialist, you will work to build and continuously improve processes to scale the US team’s impact. Using data analysis and project management skills, you will deliver actionable insights & recommendations to drive performance and efficiency at the national and city levels.


Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Planning, you will work across local & global departments to recommend and implement practices that will drive a boost in performance.


Your Role


  • Build and execute scalable tools and processes to support growth and efficiency across the US business
  • Prepare materials, facilitate discussions, and provide recommendations in regular marketplace health reviews
  • Support knowledge and best practice sharing and implementation among local and global stakeholders
  • Contribute to top- and bottom-line forecasting of the US business, with regular reviews and analysis
  • Conduct analytical deep dives to identify improvement opportunities; synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into concise, actionable recommendations that can be digested by leaders across the business


We’re Looking For


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A naturally curious, solution-oriented performer
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience with Salesforce (reports, dashboards) and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Looker) are a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
  • Proactive go-getter who takes the initiative to streamline process and drive impact for the team
  • Strong data retrieval, analytics, data visualization, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build relationships internally and collaborate with local and global stakeholders across departments
  • A passionate waste warrior who loves our mission and is enthusiastic about making a positive difference
  • Strong problem-solving skills; ability to provide insights and recommendations to support strategy development and execution
