VP Digital Health
Golin Health is looking for a VP Digital Health to join our team. You'll work with a rock star team of digital strategists, creatives, creators and analysts to identify real-time opportunities, monitor issues and trends, as well as create and execute marketing campaigns for the client. Your role will include identifying influencers who are relevant to the brand and managing influencer relationships in a mutually beneficial way to maximize your client's investment. You'll integrate across digital platforms, organic and paid channels to drive results.

What You'll Do:
- Oversee work of junior employees across social media strategy, content creation, community management, influencer outreach and engagement, analytics and more
- When necessary, roll up your sleeves and get into execution mode as a player / coach
- Develop a network of social media influencers, digital / social media contacts, etc. for your clients
- Collaborate in the practice's management and growth
- Identify client objectives and learn how to integrate digital and traditional communication strategies
- Lead and mentor junior to mid-level team members to build a culture of high performance
- Work directly with account teams and Digital leaders to develop inspirational multi-channel strategies to help elevate our clients' brand
- Provide strategic counsel and advise on digital/social campaigns and tactics across the ecosystem of paid, earned, shared and owned media
- Take a proactive approach to leading and building business, strategy, and platforms
- Play a leadership role both within the Digital team and across the agency
- Own the digital strategy process; see the need, lead the brainstorm, and begin to identify other team members who have the potential of becoming facilitators
- Serve as the Digital client relationship leader for Golin Health clients
What You Have:
- Impeccable client relationship skills and experience
- Ability to galvanize internal teams to approach communications with a "digital-first" mindset
- A self-starter mentality – you don't wait for someone to tell you what to do next
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field with 8-10 years of experience driving and executing digital / social media / influencer marketing campaigns
- A strong understanding of traditional media and content marketing strategies, ability to integrate campaign strategies and tactics across earned, owned and paid media, and apply analytics to measure results and provide insights
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with vendors and manage sizeable budgets
- Passion for client service and an ability to juggle multiple projects and changing priorities
- Experience managing large digital/social programs from start to finish
- Ability to execute and measure multifaceted campaigns and day-to-day communications initiatives
- Confidence when presenting no matter the size of the group or situation
- Comfort operating in ambiguous situations and navigating challenging situations
- Strong creative and strategic thinking with the ability to deliver innovative programs and approaches
- Poise and calm under pressure and a desire to immerse yourself in a client's business to become a true partner
- A solutions-oriented mindset
- Experience managing and leading an account team and working with large fully integrated teams
Salary range: $125,000 – $225,000
Golin has included the base salary range or hourly rate for this role. Actual compensation offered within the range will depend upon, among other factors: a candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience; actual ranges for current or former employees in the role; and market considerations.
