As a VIP Merchandiser, your primary responsibilities include sourcing and procuring the best product for our VIP program, ensuring we are buying the most compelling supply, in order to drive the client engagement, loyalty and sales of the VIP program. This role will directly report to our SVP of Commercial, with a dotted line to the EVP of VIP.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with service operations and logistics to ensure a seamless operational flow
• Develop and maintain partnerships, with dealers and brand partners to source the best, most coveted pieces with competitive pricing
• Manage the complete buying process, through our procurement process, including liaising with the Director of Sales Ops and Director of VIP regarding merchandise details and recommended client communication
• Recommend bulk buy needs to the commercial team based on business trends and VIP interest
• Work closely with VIP and Commercial leadership to understand daily, weekly, monthly needs of the business, as well as plan for key moments throughout the year
• Responsibilities are not limited to the above, and may include ad hoc projects
• Travel to meet with dealers and brand partners when needed
• Own communication with all partners via WhatsApp, email and regular touchbases, and proactively network regarding new and available merchandise
• Oversee invoicing and communication with Finance and AP
• Pioneer the sourcing and procurement plan for the VIP team

Qualifications

Who You Are

• Able to manage time and organize work with excellent attention to detail
• An expert in all things watches strong product knowledge and industry knowledge
• A values-driven team player approachable, authentic, honest
• A problem solver for our clients, and a trusted confidante with the utmost discretion
• At least 3 years experience in merchandising, buying, planning and pricing within the watch market
• Able to be agile in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with multiple systems, including but not limited to inventory management, data analytics platforms, CRM and POS systems
• Able to work both autonomously, and in a cross-functional, highly collaborative environment
