Job Description

As a Temporary VIP Assistant, you'll be at the forefront of our VIP experience, ensuring that our

high-profile clients receive the utmost care and support.


Task & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate orders and shipments for the Regional VIP team
  • Database entry, such as updating contact details, removing duplicates, and RSVP details
  • Responding to VIP inquiries to the general inbox
  • Provide administrative support to the Global Head of VIP Relations and Regional VIP team as needed
  • Assist VIPs with technical questions, RSVPs, and other inquiries
  • Assist in coordination of pre-show events
  • Attend and take notes on internal meetings (both in person and virtually)
  • Managing the VIP phone line, and responding to phone inquiries


Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Prior events experience a plus
  • Prior experience in high-end customer service a plus
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with databases, data entry or managing CRM systems
  • 1-2 years of professional experience, with experience in the contemporary art world, or similar setting
