Designer/Merchandiser Jobs

As a Designer/Merchandiser, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing merchandising strategies, designing visually appealing displays, and creating innovative product designs. Your keen eye for trends, exceptional design skills, and strong understanding of market demands will contribute to our company's success.

Responsibilities:

• Stay up to date with industry trends, design techniques, and technological advancements to continuously innovate and improve merchandising and design processes.
• Collaborate with the product development team to conceptualize and design new products that align with market trends and customer preferences.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and production, to ensure the successful execution of merchandising and design initiatives.
• Conduct market research to identify consumer preferences, competitor analysis, and emerging trends to inform product development and merchandising strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and retail partners to ensure timely delivery of merchandise and effective collaboration on design projects.
• Monitor inventory levels, sales performance, and customer feedback to make data-driven recommendations for product assortment and enhancements.
• Create compelling visual content, including product photography, promotional materials, and marketing collateral, to support brand campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or substantial experience in design, merchandising, or a related field.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
• Excellent understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and retail best practices.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
