3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.

Demonstrate knowledge of wines to include: Certificate of completion of wine training seminar or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Assist users with a wide variety of account or product-related issues

Increase responsiveness and response time.

Minimum of 3 years of management experience

Monitor overall team performance to ensure that bonuses, gifts, and hospitality invitations are offered in accordance with business requirements

Manage premium space guest lists and communicate to internal partners.

Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate at all levels, both internally and externally

Able to simultaneously manage a high level of detail across multiple projects

Understands how to manage information, balancing employee confidentiality with business needs; knows when to communicate information upward

Proficiency with multiple systems, including but not limited to inventory management, data analytics platforms, CRM and POS systems

Oversee invoicing and communication with Finance and AP

Responsibilities are not limited to the above, and may include ad hoc projects

At least 3 years experience in merchandising, buying, planning and pricing within the watch market

An expert in all things watches strong product knowledge and industry knowledge

Able to manage time and organize work with excellent attention to detail
