Work with Asset Management & AVP’s in identifying and addressing property capital improvement projects.

Hire, train, and develop AVP management teams.

Communication: Participate in and lead monthly/quarterly management company meetings.

Manage human capital resource allocation to oversee the portfolio.

10+ years of prior operations management experience

Resource Management: Will manage and optimize the allocation of resources, including personnel and budget to support overall efficient operations.

Change Management: Will lead organizational change initiatives, such as process reengineering, technology implementations, and organizational structuring.

Training and Development: Develops comprehensive training programs to elevate employee skills, enhance operational efficiency, and promote career growth within the organization.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of WMS and ERPs.

Exceptional leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their full potential.

15+ years in OEM operations management, preferably in the automotive or heavy equipment sector.

Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and quality control methodologies.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven and results-oriented approach.

Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.

Enable Systems (Anaplan) to improve insight into spending and budget management

Experience in leading teams with capabilities to motivate, inspire, develop & deliver
